6 years old!!!

How in the world is it possible that this sweet boy has officially turned 6?!?! We spent the weekend celebrating in small ways like a visit from our birthday fairy, gifts from mom and dad, visits and lunch with Mamaw and Papaw and this year a pool party with friends! When you add in day light savings it has made for a long week full of fun!!! This boy made us "mommy and daddy" and he will always, always hold a special place in our hearts. His emotions are strong, his love is fierce, his laughter is catching and he is all around a sweet boy!! We could not be more proud of him... happy day of birth {not so} little one!! 

Star of the week!

This big kindergartener was star of the week at school for his Halloween/Birthday week. He did great filling out the star of the week sheet, picking and providing snacks for the class, doing a fun show and tell and then on his last day was his guest reader and lunch buddy time. I was invited but he did the reading and then I got to enjoy a pancheros lunch date with him too! Over the course of the week he also had a fun Mickey bad where his star Mickey came home and spent time with ya playing, trick or treating and of course being buckled in to take Braylon back and forth to School! It was such a fun filled and special week for this guy!

Halloween and harvest!

This year the boys went as Spider-Man and the Red Ranger and I was more than blessed to be able to accompany both their classroom parties! Love being their momma!

They were also blessed with a short trip in the combine with Great Uncle Duane! The were so sad to leave but left with corn to pluck and play with! We will need another harvest date for sure!!!!

Final follow up of our Pumpkin Patch fun this October!

Both boy shad so much fun on their own school trips to local pumpkin patches! We also had a great time going one cool Sunday to our in town patch. The weather was cool and still a bit wet from the day before but it made for lots of fun and very few people! We enjoyed the zip line, train ride, corn box, jumping pillow and a muddy corn maze too! 

We also did some pumpkin carving but sadly I forgot to get a picture of the final art work! Braylon had fun making a silly face with Daddy and Brekkon and I worked on a spooky face!
