5 months

Where did my baby go?! I am (of course) late in posting his 5 month update. Life is busy .... 🙎

This sweet nugget keeps growing and growing and growing! I can not believe five months have passed already. We love seeing all the new things he can accomplish but hate seeing time pass so quickly. Time needs to slow down just a tad when it comes to this guy (and his brothers). I am not ready for them to be grown up. Let's see what Brylor has been up to this past month ... 

- wearing 12-18 month clothes (wait, what?)

- Sleeps all night (with occasions)

- Loves to eat! 

- Hates peas, squash and beets

-  Can not help but smile or giggle every time big brothers are around 

- Reminds us daily to breath and relax 

- Loves to snuggle in the early hours of the morning

- Wakes up happy and talking (EVERY SINGLE DAY!) 

- Has so many rolls we lost track 

- Loves to jump 

- Chews on EVRYTHING

- No teeth yet

- Has no desire to roll or sit up

This boy is a true light in our world! Though he may have some rough moments he really is just happy as a clam most days. He laughs, smiles and giggles about everything!

Saying goodbye is hard!

About a week ago we said our final farewell to this guy after amazing 10 years with him! The boys were so sweet this week as we talked about it and what would be happening. Braylon is looking forward to {great} grandma Gamm meeting him and playing with him! Brekkon says that he is going to hang out with Jesus, watch over us and that God was going to read him lots of stories! ❤️ We spent our last evening together playing outside with him and feeding him some special "fancy" dog treats. Please say an extra prayer for the little hearts I know will be breaking over the next few weeks as reality sets in.

Starting Off April!

Here is a look back on the first 12 days of April! 

The first weekend in April Mommy went away for two nights to Galena! It was a great weekend spent with my MIL and SIL shopping, eating and enjoying a massage and facial! (woot, woot!) As relaxing as it was it sure was nice to be home, squeezing the littles and kissing the Mr. Oh... and to sleep in my own bed! 

April is the start to a pretty chaotic time at work... with all the events, a big move and the head Director leaving for the summer on maternity leave I feel my brain is mostly mush and my days run together. Lucky for me there is a DD in the middle of town that is easy to get to and keeps me running. I feel I should buy into the DD stock soon! ( I also am wearing a new stocking hat from Love Your Melon, it was a splurge on myself and I am in love!!)

These two can make a heart happy and a mouth laugh with out even trying! 

Who called for snow a week into April... not cool! 

While mommy was away daddy did a ROCKSTAR job being a "single" parent! He was out and about at the park, raptor center and store. He even made a video of their weekend and theses cool snaps too! 

This week has been a rough one on these two (kind of!?). Braylon with off and on again fevers and Brekkon a random throw up ... I think our sick days were more of a mental health day but thats ok! We enjoyed our day together, got in a few extra snuggles and enjoyed a day of fresh air (finally). 

Yay, all caught up! Lets see if I can keep it that way! 

Easter 2018

This Easter was a busy, fun and family packed weekend adventure! This year we spent actual Easter with the Fenstermaker side which means a ton of exploring and outside play for the boys on the farm! We rode four wheelers, fed chickens, walked the creek, started brush fires, shot BB guns and every thing in between. On top of the farm fun we enjoyed some Easter celebration with an egg hunt, candy, an Easter craft, an Easter snack and Easter lunch and Mamaw sat down and shared her Resurrection story eggs! On top of all that the boys were spoiled the week before with Easter baskets from Nana and Papa when we went back to visit family! ... beware of picture overload below!!

A little more of March!

Hello all! It has been super busy day in and day out here at the Fenstermaker house! Sorry I have been slacking and short with posts. Check out some more fun things that happened in our life over the last few weeks!

We got a basketball hoop!!

We were "those parents" who let the kids use our steps as a sled hill! (no one got hurt and there was TONS of laughter!) 

And this sweet boy officially turned four months (back on March 17th)!  This ham is officially 4 months! Yikes! His smile can change the mood in a room, his laugh is contagious, he LOVES food, can’t get enough of standing time, he is constantly (and curiously) watching big brothers and is truly the perfect fit for our crazy life! He weighed in at 18lbs 5 ounces and 27 inches last week making him (to date) the biggest of the three boys! Whoa!
