Some Easter Fun

What a fun and very busy Easter weekend! We kicked it all off with a little afternoon park play with the Eide's then on Saturday we had fun dying Easter Eggs and getting all dressed up for our church service. Have I mentioned that Braylon LOVES going to church and looks forward to it every weekend! On top of the great stories and lessons they teach he gets a yummy snack too! He loves his snacks!! We finished up the weekend traveling back to see Nana and Papa Hansel, Grandma and Grandpa Gamm and lots of family. Braylon had fun waking up to Easter eggs every where, full of jelly beans for breakfast of course, and hidden Easter baskets! On our trip back to see family he received two more goodie baskets and was beyond spoiled by the Easter Bunny! One of his favorites were the new piggy banks... he is STILL asking for money to put in them! At least he is sharing equally between his and Brekkon's. He had a blast playing with all his cousins, going to the park with Papa, helping Grandpa put up the flag and doing some egg hunting! When we got home that night we headed across the street to try out our new kite and give Brekkon his first "feet in the grass" feeling. The kite had some issues but Brekkon did not mind the grass at all.

These two boys are growing like weeds and as saddened by that as I may be I am so thankful to be here each day and to watch these little miracles grow beyond their years! It is the greatest blessing to be a momma!! We hope you all had a great Easter as well celebrating, not only with the Easter bunny, but the true meaning of the holiday! HE truly is the greatest!
