This past weekend we had one amazing, glorious, sun shining beautiful day! We spent the day playing at the park, walking the park paths and made s'mores in the back yard! It made us ready for spring and camping and we all slept like rocks!

We made it through (a half) day one of daycare and back to work!
This was my official day of getting back into the routine of life... ugh! The goal was to be out of the house by 7:20 and for myself to not look like a hot mess. We managed to do all of that (well I think I looked less of a mess than usual?)!
We did have to take a selfie as this momma was not ready to start the normal morning rush, not having the option of late drop offs or early pick ups and of course leaving my baby in the hands of someone else. Lucky (and very blessed) am I to have had the time off I did and to know this amazing in home provider and all of her love. She watched Brekkon for us for three years and I'm quite certain he often would have chose to live with her rather than come home at night. Ha! ð That alone showed me how much she loved, snuggled and cared for my kiddo and that makes it just a tad easier on me when I dropped off for the first time this morning. We know Brylor will be loved beyond measure and the boys are excited to see Shira at drop off and pick ups too!
Brylor is 2 months!
This sweet boy was officially 2 months old this past week. How is this possible ... such exciting things are happening as he continues to grow and I feel happy and sad all at the same time. I'm not ready for my last baby to get big! ðĨ
He is smiling and cooing like crazy! He LOVES to talk and seems to be his happiest right away in the morning! He has taught us to smile and laugh even more than thought was possible! He is spoiled beyond measure by everyone in our house and is the only one who can seem to draw the attention of big brothers in any moment. We have had some change too ... lots of patience from Braylon and Brekkon as they are realizing Brylor is in need of a little more attention. We remind them that when they were babies it was the same for them and we all have to take our "mommy" turns! Mostly though ... Brylor seems like he was meant for us. Meant to be here and we can't remember life with our him!
Brylor fun facts ...
- weighing in at 15 lbs 7oz
- measuring 24 3/4 inches
- wearing 6 month clothing and (likely heading out of soon) size 2 diapers
- loves food (7 ounce bottles every 3ish hours)
- cat naps but could easily use a "real" nap
- giggles every time we initially drive off in the car
- sleeps (most nights) 7-10 hours straight
- can't figure out the paci or just doesn't want it
- loves his fuzzy big brothers picked for him and loves to rub his face on it to fall asleep
- still hates hats ðĪŠ
- smiles at you and responds to you
- lots of chatter ð

Weekend adventures and a cute baby too!
This past weekend we had fun celebrating a cousin's birthday with bowling and Mamaw's birthday too! It was a great weekend spent with family and lots of cousin time, some family (indoor) soccer, late night adult cards and conversation and birthday cake too!

The last 7 week with the Fenstermaker's --- Family Of 5!!!
Hello All and Happy 2018! We have been undergoing some change here in the Fenstermaker home as we added our final little man to the clan! I'm sure I could write a book on our life these last couple months but I will attempt to keep it short and sweet, yet still get you up to speed!
Mid November started with a bang... we were all sick just days before baby was supposed to arrive. Sadly, this momma ended up with influenza A, Braylon too and Brekkon with hand/foot/mouth. With all the germs and fevers we were pushed back a week on meeting baby F and my first week of maternity leave was spent caring for myself and two sweet boys who were just as anxious about a new baby as mommy and daddy were! We made it through the week, got healthy and welcomed this sweet baby boy to the world on Friday, November 17th!
Meet Brylor Quin! weighing in at 9 pound 15 ounces and 22 inches long! Pure sweetness!
His welcome to the world was bitter sweet for me as I knew this would be our final addition to our family. I was ready to say this was our last but then it actually happened and made it real for me. I am still ok with this being our last baby but I hate how many feels come with it! He definitely made his entrance unforgettable by being our biggest babe, peeing all over the procedure rom and sadly I ended up back in the OR for some post delivery complications. All ended well and we were home two days later with a house full of boys to love!
Our next couple weeks were full of baby snuggles, time with family over Thanksgiving and getting into our new life with three kiddos! Brylor had those big brothers (and everyone else) wrapped around those sweet baby fingers with in minutes of meeting him. Funny how sweet baby smells and snuggles can make the world melt around you!

Phew ... that was just our first couple weeks! As we headed into December we met more family and friends, got a handle on Christmas and spent our days with more snuggles, diapers and lots of laughter. We were blessed with some extra family time as the older boys were home over school breaks and Andrew was too! On the other hand it was a lot of inside time due to such cold weather but we tried to make the best of it and loved the extra time together! Christmas came and and went this year really fast too! All three boys were spoiled of course with a few of their favorite things and a couple of needed items too! They would say their favorite items were their new iPads (which they happy earned money towards and payed a portion of them so they could be called "theirs"), a new game called Egged on for Braylon and for Brekkon a large blow up, bouncy bull! We love that our families take the holidays as time together over spending oodles of cash on gifts that may or may not be used. One of my favorite items the boys got was new swim wear! I know it sounds silly but the new swim wear was so we were all ready and prepared for a fun over night stay at an indoor waterpark with our cousins! We can not wait for February to come! Yay! Here is a little sneak peek at our December fun!
