We made it to our first West High Baseball game for the summer! 

The weather was AMAZING and Braylon seemed to really love just being outside and 

enjoyed all the action. It kept him entertained and giggly! 

It is going to be a great summer of supporting Daddy!

It was so hot and sticky but Braylon did great! Daddy and Mommy on the other hand were hot and ready to go before the first inning was through. It was super packed to which was not helpful! I am pretty sure we made it through the first three innings then heading home to get our monster to bed at a decent time!

Braylon say lots of family including; Great Grandma, Grandma, Grandpa, Cousin Jacob, Aunt Glenda, Uncle Donnie and Aunt LeaAnn. He was so happy all day long and surprisingly NO nap! I honestly thought it was going to be a long day with going to bed super late the night before, no morning nap and then really not a good afternoon nap. All in all he was super goofy and giggly! It was a great trip!

He thought they were super fun to play with but as far as eating them.....not so much!

The best toy in the tub....the washcloth!!! Every time he dropped it he would watch it float for a second, get excited then go in for the grab!! Once he had it the washcloth was a goner as you can plainly see by the evil face!

I knew being a mommy would be an amazing adventure but until it happens you never really realize how unbelievably AMAZING "amazing"can be! I have spent the day with my two favorite people in the world! I hope you all did too! I LOVE LOVE LOVE being a mommy!

Daddy's I Pad lessons

Our first family bike ride

Getting ready for our first family bike ride! 

We had a rough start trying to get Braylon into the pull behind but once we did and we got going he was jabbering away and having a blast! Not for long though! As the ride went on the fussing got more and more until it turned into a scream and tears. We stopped a few times readjusted and went on our way again but he was just not having it. Quiet a few blocks from home I felt horrible so we walked the rest of the way. Daddy with two bikes in hand and me with a happy baby of course! He hit the hay pretty early tonight and had a rough weekend with a fever so it could have been many factors that coursed him to dislike it....we will be trying again! 

6 Month Fun Facts

WEIGHT - 18.5 pounds (50th%)
HIEGHT - 28 inches (95th%)
FOOD - I still LOVE food! I am drinking 4-6 ounce bottles and 3-solids meals a day. Not to mention what ever my mommy and daddy will give me in between. At my check up the doctor said I can have table foods (not sure what that is but mommy has been giving me lots of things from her foods). Some of the new flavors I have tried are; alfredo noodles, tomatoes, black olives, potatoes, bread, banana bread and mac and cheese! I am sure there are more but so far everything has been super yummy except the black olive. I'm not sure I will ever like those!
SLEEP - I go to bed every night between 7-8 and wake up mommy and daddy every morning around 6. Once in a while I wake up sad but not sure why. Usually mommy come in and gives me my fuzzy and I go right back to sleep!
SIZE - I am wearing size 3 diapers, some size 2 and 3 shoes (when mommy actually puts them on me) and anywhere from 9-12month clothing.

OTHER FUN FACTS
* I just started rolling over a couple weeks ago but now mommy calls me a rolling machine! I am all over the place and barely stay in one spot for long. I have tried the crawling thing but once I am on my knees I am just not sure what to do.....so I plop back to my belly and do some scotching and rolling!
* I am almost mastered sitting up! ALMOST! I took a little nose dive tonight but I am tough and mommy said to shake it off :). I am getting really good at finding my balance and only fall over on rare occasions!
* I am really starting to enjoy my jumper more too! I am not a big fan of the loud music that it makes. Usually I hang out in the hall and jump for a little bit while mommy and daddy get ready in the morning!
* I am really...REALLY chatty now! I think I may drive my daddy bonkers!
* Daddy has this cool thing that when you touch it it does fun things he calls it an IPAD but i call it way FUN!!!
* I got my first bike helmet today and mommy and daddy took me for a ride. We didn't use the helmet though because it did not fit while I was sitting in the pulley thing. Mommy thought I would really like it but it was not that much fun.
* All I really want to do is stand and stand and stand some more!
* I got my first real fever and mommy and daddy was really worried! (102.5)
* I am still a huge momma's boy but I am starting to branch out a little. Sometimes strangers scare me!
* I finally LOVE baths! Real baths! Mommy puts a soft towel down in the big bath and gets it nice and warm then I spend my bath kicking, splashing and getting mommy all wet!
* My new favorite toys are BOOKS! I am even getting the hang of turning the pages, although, usually it goes straight to my mouth!
* No teeth yet but maybe soon....I drool and chew on everything!
* I am still a huge blankie (fuzzy:)) baby!

We could not as for a more handsome, wonderful, cuddly, PERFECT baby! I know I say this every time but......WE ARE TRULY BLESSED! We hope you are all doing well and enjoy our updates! We wish there was more time in a day/week to see more of all of you! Thank you for being so amazing and generous in our lives! With out you, our friends, family, supports, we could not do this thing we call life! LOVE TO ALL!

Welcome May!

These are the Creation Kids babies! Well we have another staff member who has a 18 month and a new born but she was not here. All of us have had our babies with in a year in a half! Kinsley(not in picture) is 18 months, Finn(far right) is 11 months, Mia(second from the left) is a lost 7 months, Braylon is 6 months, Simon (far left) is 2 months and Rylann (not pictured) was just born the day we took this picture! It is crazy to see their size comparisons! 

We have been slowing going away from the rocking before bed and nap. He does really well with it but gets a little stir crazy first. Never really fussy just moving around like crazy trying to fight the sleep. This night I had been in a few times to check on him and when He finally had fallen asleep he had a death grip on the crib! It was so precious and he did not let go for about 10-15 minutes but was SOUND asleep! I had turned on the light and everything to get a good picture!

This was Braylon's first May Day! When I was little we always ran to deliver baskets and tried not to get caught! We delivered 3 baskets this year and was only caught on one of them! I would say not bad for a 6 month old! 

Braylon and daddy also received a May Day basket as well! Braylon went right for the M & M's! 

The beautiful weather is back and we had plenty of time this week to get out and do a little swinging! He still LOVES it and is now really able to show the expression! I loved this picture! Shows his true excitement and joy! 

One of Braylon's new favorite things to do is watch Diezel through the door. We come home every day and let him out and just watch and laugh! Sometime I am mean and make Diezel just sit on the other side of the door to listen to B just talk and giggle at him! They are going to have a great bond someday!

We had a family weeding this weekend and Braylon got some fun bonding time with Grandma and Grandpa. Well in between his fussy and I need a nap but won't take one times! 

We also got to see a few family members we have not seen in a while!
David was giving Braylon ice water on a spoon. He was loving it! 

AND......more real foods! This weekend he tried cucumber, cantaloupe and a small taste of mommy's frosting! The poor cucumber and cantaloupe where sucked dry in seconds! He loves real food! 

My baby is 6 months already...and its MAY!

Where is all our time going! Once we had Braylon it seems time just goes faster and faster! We are still loving every minute of being parents, even those nights like last night! We can not complain about our child's sleeping patterns but last night was a rough one! He was up at 9:30, 10:30, 12:30, 2-3:30, and again at 4:30 when I finally pulled him into bed with us and he slept on my chest until about 6:30 when he was somehow wide awake and giggly! Needless to say I was glad it was Sunday (which means COFFEE day for daddy and mommy)!! Andrew has officially started baseball. Last week was a long one with try outs and meetings to discuss teams. We did not see much of daddy. :( I feel the next couple months will be more like a single parent family around our home. Braylon will probably not get both of us at the same time much. We are hoping to spend lots of family time on the nights we do have and on the weekends! This will just cause our momma's boy to become even more of a momma's boy :) We are really hoping to make it to some of daddy's games this summer too! As for me, I am still working long days and hope to have a full staff by the end of May so that I can get back to my job in the office. I will miss my little kiddos though. Then we have big B himself! The kid is growing like a weed and amazing me more and more everyday! He is rolling all over the place, talking like fool, eating like a giant and showing us more and more of his personality every day! Can you believe he is 6 months already! We have his 6 month check up on Tuesday so once we find out how much he weighs and how tall he is then I will be posting a fun 6 month update on all his fun facts! Well The monster is finally taking a nap after a long couple days so I better try and get to as much stuff as I can! Happy day!
