Let's see if I can catch you up just a little on all the updates!
Brylor just turned one in November! It seems crazy to think our baby is growing so fast and it saddens me deeply each and every day I look at him! He has officially started walking, growing like a weed, loves everything about big brothers, his new form of communication is high pitch squealing, is a huge momma's boy, loves to go bye bye and has officially been sleeping all night in his OWN bed. He truly was a blessing to our family and the little light in all our eyes!
Brekkon will be turning five in a couple months and he continues to impress us with his constant creative playing and ability to be so happy! He recently started four year old preschool and has done so well. He is really trying to push himself academically and can officially write his name, recognize letters and numbers and enjoys his new teacher and friends. His favorite food is pizza, he dislikes going to bed at night, loves any and everything tractors and is the laughter of our house daily! His soul is so silly and kind and his laugh will do nothing but melt your heart.
Braylon just turned seven in November... SEVEN!!! Every morning I look at him in amazement to see the young boy he is growing into. He is smart beyond his own good, wears his heart on his sleeve, loves everything football and is the sweetest soul you will ever meet! He continues to strive in school, loves making new friends and has really picked up the big brother role as the years to continue to move on. I have a feeling this young boy will grow to be an amazing, kind, loving and smart young man ...... just hopefully not too fast!
Andrew has been working so hard in h is new role with the local school district. He has officially left the classroom and took a role with the tech part of the district. He enjoys traveling to different schools to help teachers and principals incorporate new, engaging ideas with the classrooms. He is anxious to see how the new role pans out over the next year or two and then decide if he will return to the classroom to teach. He has also been working really hard on himself as well. He is down around 20 pounds and has full on beard/facial hair!
I continue to be mommy/wife to four amazing people and I love it! Work has been steady and now that our programs combined and we are all in one building it seems to be going well, smooth and busy. Trying to find the home/work/couple/family balance is always a struggle but with a good teammate (Andrew!) we seem to make it work and even get through the hard days too.
This last year brought our family lots of ups and downs as I am sure many of you all face as well. We are beyond thankful for the ups (like camping, family time, trips together, full bellies, etc) and continue to work through the rough time (like losing loved ones, dealing with large house fails, sick kiddos, etc). We ended 2018 grateful for the memories, amazed at our opportunities, blessed with family and health and encouraged as we look ahead to 2019. With so much love (and hopefully monthly updates) - the Fenstermaker Clan!
