fun happenings...

Braylon has found a new love for feeding himself. Momma puts it on the spoon then he takes the spoon and right in the mouth it goes. It turns out to be a blast but a very messy process! Daddy was not laughing! 

Due to some allergy meds the diezel is on he now takes up home in the basement where if he pees the bed it will not ruin any flooring! This means Braylon has found a new toy. He was very curious today about it. He tried getting in but just couldn't get over the little ledge. After a few attempts and slamming the door on his face he gave up! 

Our big boy is standing up like crazy and even mad it a little bit around the ottoman the other night. It won't be long and we will not have to walk after h I'm we will be chasing after him!

Things...

Things are going great here in the Fenstermaker household! As always there is not a minute of down time. It seems like it never slows down but it keeps us on our toes and so does our little monster! He is every where all the time. He has the ability to crawl but just no desire. He has done a few strides here or there but would much rather do the army crawl or stand and walk. Well....walking with help or holding himself up. I am sure he will be walking before to long.  He already has good balance and has the foot stepping pattern down. Other than constant movement he is getting more vocal and louder too. All we ever hear is DA DA DA DA. Serious!!!!! Who invented that "d" sound! HE is getting too big too fast but we are loving the little boy he is becoming! Andrew continues to be a busy guy between baseball, tutoring, taking some classes and now working at Maytag again. He will be more than ready for a break once baseball is over and he will have a little less time in the heat and a little more "us" time. I continue to work with Creation Kids as a little bit of everything lately. With people leaving and taking time off it has been a three man job this last week or two. Starting Monday things should finally be back to normal for at least a couple weeks then it two weeks off for this momma! I am really looking forward to a little Fentstermaker family vacation, some down time with my boys and another family vacation with our long lost uncle Justin! Braylon has lots of family to see and lots of love to give soon! Hope all is going well with you and your families! Love and hugs to all!

just keep trying....

Braylon has figured out the spice drawer.....it took him a few openings to really realize what was happening. Once he was in it once and could not get the Italian seasoning out he fell to the floor with a hopeless look! He pulled the drawer a little too far and ended up "stuck" underneath. Love the priceless looks as he tries to figure out a plan. You will definitely see the look of HELP! Finally he figures it out all on his own with only minor meltdowns and proceeds again for the Italian seasoning! Too funny!

Out of the hundreds of toy options we seem to have at our house he chooses me shoe! Good thing I am no germ freak.… until it actually goes in his mouth!

June is flying by!

Our little ham loves to play in the water! I wish we had more free afternoons to just soak up the sun and splash around together!

His new thing when swinging is to grab a front and a back rope then bring one knee up and just lounge. He is really becoming quite the little person! He is getting so big!

We had our first experience in a sandbox a week or so ago. He started off just fine then by about minute 5 he was eating every grain of sand he could hold. i gave it two more tries but everyone ended with a mouth full of sand! I gave up but he didn't mind at all! 

We borrowed another toy from the Eide family and Braylon absolutely LOVES it! WE need to get some batteries so it will play music but it is just the right height that he can hold on and stand up at the same time. He gets a little too excited sometimes and seems to slide right off the back! he he!

Not a big fan of laundry already! He is going to have to get bribed once he is big enough for chores! 

We made it to another one of daddy's baseball games and this time mamaw and papaw Fenstermaker were there! He had a lot of fun with all the attention he was getting! 

We also took special trip back to see nana and papa Hansel and Grandpa Gamm yesterday! It was a short trip but fun! Not sure why he was so silly under the table but he was having a ball! 

 Finally~ HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! 

Daddy woke up this morning to a yummy Caribou coffee and a handsome box full of goodies. Braylon did the honers of opening the box and he was so much fun to watch. I can not wait for Christmas to see him open things! Happy Daddy day to all you great guys in our lives!
