We went in to view our three month pictures.....ADORABLE! I know my opinion may be a little bias but we have the most handsome boy in the world! So excited to share the final product!

Ice

Tonight we went out for a nice meal.....free pizza thanks to a coupon we had! It was delicious. While we were there Braylon started to get a little fussy and the toys we brought were not doing it. I grabbed a piece of ice and stuck it in his mouth.....he LOVED it! My fingers were getting a little chilly and the pieces were not very big so I put the ice down....he was not happy! I gave it a few more tries and he still really liked it. We are going to have to try again with a bigger piece so it its easier to hold on to. We will also have to get a picture! It may be time to throw the tether toys in the fridge/freezer.

Baseball ....UGH!!

Baseball is in full swing this weekend for Andrew :( Sadly, it is not even is team just different young groups that he goes and helps out with fundamentals. Today he has a group form 8-9:30, 11-12, and 3-4:30. As if that was not time enough spent away do not forget to calculate the time it takes hime to get to IC and back each time! Ugh, and another group tomorrow night from 6 - 9. Baseball is insane around here! I may take to avoiding the sport all together for Braylon. What ever happened to family time!?! As for this momma...work is still long hours and there is not enough hours in the day to spend with my little guy. I know I have said this time and time again but he is so darn cute and seems to change every stinking day...CRAZY~EXCITING~SAD! We have his four month check up in about a week and a half and I am very curious to see how big he has actually gotten. I have been reading online a lot about when and how to start introducing baby foods. There is no real guideline from what I have read except your baby! Well our baby is eating the max 40 - 45 ounces a day (step#1), he is supporting his head (step#2), he can sit supported (step#3), he still seems hungry even after a 10-12ounce bottle (step#4), so now all that is left is two try a food and see if he has the tongue action down to actually swallow it. Although I am very eager to see how he likes fruits and vegetables we will be waiting to hear the thoughts of his doctor. Happy Saturday!

What a ham!

About a week and a half ago we went in to get Braylon's three month pictures and it did not go well. It started off with me walking in and hitting a picture with the diaper bag. Of course it fell over broke a as mall piece and I felt HORRIBLE beyond words. The photographer was very nice and I still felt horrible! On to the pictures....Braylon was doing so well through the first outfit. Having only and hour nap that afternoon I knew it would go downhill at some point. We made it a little in to the second outfit and it went downhill fast from there. Needless to say we had to reschedule to finish and Braylon was asleep before we left the studio. Today was round two and what a ham! He had a great nap and a full belly and we were in and out with three different outffits and multiple poses in a half hour! He was loving all the attention and couldn't get enough of the photographer! We are looking forward to next Wednesday to see the proofs and get them ordered!

Some firsts...

Braylon is growing faster and faster by the day! It is amazing all the changes your little ones go through and I never realized how many or how quickly until Braylon came along and I was experienceing myself. This past week he has shown us just how big he really is! We officially have an eater! He was drinking 7 ounce bottles every four hours or so and after would cry a little until he burped and calmed down. We thought it was fromthe gassy feeling of having to burp since he chugs the whole bottle before he will burp. Well sometimes it would last even after a burp so we though hey why not add a little extra formula and see how it goes. Needless to say he is now eating 9 ounces every four hours still and no more tears! What a piggy! I am anxious to get him weighed and measured at four months! He has to be so big! The big guy is also starting to hold is own bottle. It is a little heavy at first but by half way though it he can hold it in short spurts. I am guessing his attention span is a lot like his mommy's! On top of eating like a piggy he is also growing out of clothes before we can wear them all! He is officially in 6 month clothing. He is going to be long and skinny like his daddy! Also in the the past week he as really been enjoying h is bumboo! He slides a little to one side sometimes but usually does awesome! We have a tray that attaches which works perfect to put some toys on and he just reaches and reaches until he grasps it or he gives up and just bends over at hi belly and naws away at the toys! If I did not know any better I woul dsay he is teething with as much as he chews and drools! We also encountered our first fever :( He was a trooper though and was such a happy baby! It was over faster then it started which makes it nice! Lets see...Braylon also went to his first birthday party for his cousin Aidan. Although, he slpet or ate through most of it. He also had is first play/linch dat with Mia and Simon which made mommy realize just how big he was!!!!!!!

Well that is a lot of FIRSTS for a little guy in one week! We have been kind of home bodies lately fighting off colds and trying to get healthy but we are excited to say that we are all getting back to good and look forward to seeing some of you soon! I will post pictures soon!

I keep saying...

I keep saying that I am going to be better about posting and filling everyone in ..... but I just plain suck at it! I think about it during the week but then stay super d=busy at work all day and then straight home to be mommy and wife. Frankly, there is just not enough time in the day anymore! Not too much has changed. Our lives are staying busy and Braylon is always keeping us on our toes and lots of smiles! He is getting so big....i asked him to stop growing but he just smiled. I am guessing that meant no way! He is still doing great in day care and really loves hanging out with Amy and her kiddos. He is eating like a pig these days and still doing great at night. We put him down at 9pm to fuss a little before falling asleep with in minutes and he usually is starting to wake up around 6:30am and we turn on the light at 7am to really get him up. We can not complain in the sleep department. Although I do wish we could go to bed with him at that time and not get up until 7 too! He is really looking around to find noises and voices these days and we recently caught him on camera giggling up a storm! ADORABLE! I can not share enough on how great it is to be a mommy and daddy! It is such a blessing to have him in our lives everyday! We wish we were steps away from family instead of miles so they could see how he changes and grows day to day. I also wish it was just as easy as 123 to hop in the car and go. Unfortunately, our weekends are always full of things here and there which makes it hard to travel. :( We recently attempted to have Braylon's three month pictures done, I say attempted because we managed to get through about a half hour before our tiredness took over. Needless to say we rescheduled to finish and he was asleep before we walked out of the studio. Jeanna (the photographer) was so sweet and patient with him. He was giving her quite the looks while she was trying to get a smile or two out of him. I am very anxious to see what they will turn out like and get them shared to all our family and friends. I have not been a very good momma and have not printed many pictures out at all. They are just sitting in my shutter fly account waiting to get sent out. I just NEDD TO DO IT!!! Well that's enough rambling for one day! We hope you are all doing well and we mis you all!
