All is well here ... just busy, busy, busy!
Kara - is busy being two people at work but I am really enjoying being back in the classroom! I do need a little extra caffeine these days though! The days are long and they speed by but I am trying my best to make every moment count when I am home and being momma. I know Andrew hates it but I am perfectly fine with putting the cleaning off so I can just play and enjoy the moments of parent hood. It just means I stay up a little later to do things but SO worth it!
Andrew - is now teaching 5th grade! He seems to enjoy the independence of the kiddos but is still getting a feel for how things run and what is expected. It has been some long and stressful days for him to but if we can make it through theses first few weeks I think we will survive! He is done foe the year with baseball and though he may miss it I think he is happy to be home every night for dinner, bed time and play time with the boys. He really is the best daddy!
Braylon - is enjoying his time at a new day care these past couple weeks. His last/first daycare had some changes come up and she chose a different career path. We were happy she moved to something that made her and her life happy but we were scared of the change! Since the change has happened it has been easy, breezy! Braylon has grown so much over the last couple weeks. He is hanging out with some older kids, in a boy home (lots of boy toys) and they spend most their days outside! It is a perfect fit for him. There has been a few set backs like being exhausted daily and a few more accident because of how busy he is but we are working those kinks out. It won't be long before he turns three and heads to preschool with momma! Some of his favorite things... being a big brother (and he is absolutely amazing at it!) riding his trike, spiderman (though he really does not know who he is), baseball, water play, telling stories, racing cars and he has even gotten better about playing alone and occupying himself! And as always he is full of funk and spice and some things nice :)
Brekkon is a growing weed! He just turned 6 months and weighed in at 18.3 pound and 28 inches! He is sitting up, full of snuggles, loves bath time, thinks his big brother is the best thing EVER, wants to feed himself, loves any bit of real food people will give him, loves to stand and chat for hours, reaches his hands out for momma, can not stop smiling and is starting to get mad when he can not reach something or if things are not going his way. We can always count on Brekkon to have a smile on his face and giggles to follow! He is our easy spirit and go with the flow kiddo! We take full advantage of his cuddles too!
